Rebecca McCorkindale is Gretna Public Library's Assistant Library Director/Creative Director/Punk Rock Book Jockey in Gretna, NE. Her blog Hafuboti has been one of the greatest joys in her life. It began as a tool to drive people to her Etsy shop, but then transformed into a fun library youth services resource. Hafuboti gained international recognition in late 2016 when she posted her first Libraries Are For Everyone sign sets. Since then she has crowdsourced over 80 translations of LAFE from around the world. 

In 2018 Rebecca was named a School Library Journal Mover & Shaker. Currently she is the President of the Nebraska Library Association. She lives in a laughter-filled home in Omaha with her husband Bruce and their awesome cats Kitty Momo and The Luminous Mews.
