As the University of Iowa’s Circulation and User Services Librarian, Connie is a creative and inclusive leader. Having eight years of management and library experience, she builds meaningful relationships and promotes a culture of accountability. She manages priorities with enthusiasm and is passionate about advocating for staff, while providing relevant services to the UI community. She works closely across departments supporting collaborative decision-making and continual learning. She serves on the ILA/ACRL/IPAL Spring Conference Committee.
